Tai Chi Chuan & Qi Gong Training
Tai Chi Chuan & Qi Gong are two complex bodyworks systems rooted deeply in the Chinese Medicine tradition. They consist of a sophisticated combination of movements, breathing, posture and intention, to promote health, spirituality as well as improved martial arts and fitness performance.
Currently, Antonio teaches Wu, Sun and Yang styles.
WU STYLE TAI CHI CHUAN & QI GONG PROGRAMS
tHESE PROGRAMS focus on the development of the fundamental principles, which are the essential building blocks of Chinese internal healing and martial arts. The classes are open to beginners and are designed to be suitable for any fitness level, as well as to be relevant and applicable for most daily life activities, including sports and office work.
Antonio is a traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and holds a BSc degree with honours (UK/Beijing). He also studied Western medicine for four years, and has had a great variety of training in Manual Therapy. Antonio started practising martial arts at an early age and by his late teens was already a Tai Chi and Yoga instructor. He continues to practise Chi Kung and Tai Chi to this date, with a focus on health and wellbeing.
Antonio offers a unique teaching approach which combines both Western and Eastern bodyworks and therapies to make Tai Chi and Chi Kung an enjoyable and deep practice, with the aim of providing relevant means to integrate it into daily life.

Tai chi term classes:
Regular group classes to a maximum of 4 people per class. A good way to learn the forms with a variety of warm ups and add on Qi Gong exercises. We will still cover the basic principles but the main focus of these classes are to learn and practice the general choreographic of the forms. The terms are between 10 and 12 weeks long.

Payment options:
GROUP LESSONS( limited to 4 students per class)
$25 per per session per hour session.
$20 per session with a 10 class pass( $200)
PRIVATE LESSONS
Private Tai chi and Qi Gong lessons are also available. The price for private lessons is $100 per one hour session.
The Energetics Foundation of Tai Chi Program
This program of 12 private lessons with one-to-one tuition covers in detail many of the key elements that made Tai Chi such a effective form for preserving health and well-being.
Tai Chi is a highly refined discipline, and many of its key fundamental principles are commonly not being taught in enough depth to allow its practitioner to benefit from the huge potential of this art. This course studies in detail many of the principles of this art - both from a modern scientific perspective as well as from the classical Taoist energetics approach - thus facilitating much deeper, embodied understanding.
The program centers in the Wu style Tai Chi form as a reference framework, but the principles are easily extrapolated to the Yang and Sun styles.
This program is an excellent resource for anybody interested in alternative health and fitness, as well as for Yoga, Tai Chi and general fitness instructors.
The program covers:
Wu style Tai Chi: First section of the long form.
Body alignments for safe and productive static and moving practices.
Initiation and integration of several internal components - like weight transferring, bending and stretching, tissue lengthening - as well as the four major energies of Tai Chi and their integration into the form.
Basics of energy work for rooting and sinking Qi.
Energetic Foundations of Tai chi private program payment options:
Full Payment (x1): $960 to be paid in advance. Total saving of $240 compared to a regular price of $1200 for 12 private lessons( $100 per session)
Monthly Payments (x3): $360 each payment, to be paid at the beginning of each 4-week period. Total saving of $120.
